The council will not accept applications in paper or any other format, except using the form
on their website. To apply you will need to go to the council`s website, and
fill in a form. You will find some useful hints and advice there.
GETTING THE FORM
Enter this into your Browser hillingdon.gov.uk This will take you the Coucils Website. Then
select Leisure & Events, and then Arts, and then Arts Grants. Click on the Apply Now button.

COMPLETING THE FORM
The form is divided into 7 pages. You will have to complete each page properly
before it allows you to continue to the next page. There are no facilities on
the website to make a copy of the form or your answers. Once you have pressed
the submit button you lose the chance to make any record. So make sure you read
the following first.
SAVING YOUR APPLICATION DETAILS
In orader to save your application data, you have to save each page in turn.
You do this as soon as you have filled in your answers and before you move on
to the next page. With the filled in page showing, right click and select
Save As from the drop down list. The Save As dialogue box that appears will
have a name for the file, and save to the Desktop already filled in, but you can change both the name
and what folder you want tok put it in. Click Save. When you have saved all the pages you
can use Word or similar to put them together into one file for saving.
PREVIEWING THE FORM QUESTIONS
At a recent meeting our members asked that the form prepared previously be made
available so that an idea can be gained of the questions being asked on
the Council`s application form on their website.

THAT THIS FORM CANNOT BE USED TO APPLY TO THE COUNCIL FOR A CASH GRANT.
