Digital copies of all minutes are archived in a safe place. They can be viewed or printed here on a READ ONLY basis. They cannot be added to, changed, or deleted except by the Administrator.

EXTENSIONS

Some older minutes will be in .DOC format. Old versions of Microsoft Word can only read this. This format is now deprecated for use on the internet. You should use https://

Both .DOC and .DOCX formats are now deprecated. They are open to infection by computer viruses and other malware. PDF has safeguards and should be used. If you do not already have it on your computer, you can download it on Adobe Reader for free on the Internet.

AMENDMENTS

Minutes of the last meeting should be regarded as SUBJECT TO APPROVAL AT THE NEXT MEETING. Any member can propose amendments to the minutes at the next meeting. (For the date of the next meeting, go to MEETINGS above.
